The breakfast was good and varied each morning.
I spent the first night without electricity, unacceptable, and there was no one at reception during the night to assist us. After being moved to another room, the air conditioning leaked all over the place. This hotel has a perfect location, but it's seriously in need of updates to the facilities and rooms.

Beautiful and good location close enough to nice local beach called malva rosa and the beautiful Kissamos promenade, and free parking. Cozy bed in the double room, plus a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe.

Climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV in the room and the cozy bed. Breakfast with sausages and hot food like omelette, for instance. Good and great location, within a walking distance of everywhere.

Great stay, just a bit noisy
The location is fab, close to lots of attractions. The poolside snack bar was a hit with the fam. Only bummer was the noise from neighbors at night, we're talkin' thin walls! Got some good memories & enjoyed our four nights.

The hotel was clean throughout my visit. The breakfast offered a decent range of options typical for Crete and was served promptly. I enjoyed the fine pool view from my room.
Check-in took longer than expected due to the owner's delayed arrival.
